LA Weight Loss

LA Weight Loss LA Weight Loss is a diet management program run out of 650 LA Weight Loss Centers worldwide. It is essentially based on eating sensibly sized portions and learning how to cook healthy food. The diet consist of three phases:

LA Weight Loss Phase 1

Your LA Weight Loss counselor assigns you a diet program of 1,100 to 1,800 calories a day which you will follow until you have achieved your weight loss goal.

LA Weight Loss Phase 2

This is the transition phase which lasts about 6 weeks and eases you from phase 1 into the maintenance phase 3.

LA Weight Loss Phase 3

This last phase is basically what you should be eating for the rest of your life or until you are sick of LA Weight Loss. The diet consists of carbs:protein:fat in these proportions 45:35:15. You can eat macaroni and cheese, steak and all the meat you like (and visit fast-food restaurants!) but there is a catch...

LA Weight Loss - The Catch?

We have heard from a lot of people who went on this diet or were planning on and most people agreed that LA Weight Loss is very expensive. LA Weight Loss says the program costs about $5-$9 (US) per week but you have to pay upfront and their sales people try very hard to push LA Weight Loss protein bars and other supplements.

We think that if you are going to start this diet, you will spend upwards of $1,000 (US), so if you are strapped for cash this won't be for you!

I agree with the article. LA weight loss is pretty good but also expensive. But if that is what it takes then I guess it is worth it.

Yes, good point WeightLossModel.com, this website cearly does not promote 'size zero' dieting. There are plenty of those around though. Robson needs to read through more carefully.

Thank you for your message Robson, I hope you will find our advice to be critical of dubious and extreme weight loss methods.

We want to help people become healthier, happier and more confident and a fit healthy lifestyle is the key to that - not starvation or anorexia.

Size 00 should not be your goal!

As long as your company is not promoting that disgusting 'size zero', please make it clear to your readers that that is an unhealthy target.
